ARAI Digital Library started in 2013, it is accessible within the ARAI campuses’ intranet, where over 25,000 documents have been digitized and added till date. Users can easily search for relevant records using keywords, titles, or authors.

SAE Mobilus
Access is provided on an IP-based system across all ARAI campuses, enabling seamless exploration of cutting-edge research on vehicle design, propulsion systems, safety, and emerging technologies such as electric and autonomous vehicles.

BIS Standards
Access is provided on IP-based to BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) standards within ARAI campuses. These standards, which cover a wide range of products and services to promote quality, safety and reliability in India, are subscribed by ARAI in nine key sections:
- CHD – Chemical Department
- ETD – Electrotechnical Department
- MED – Mechanical Engineering Department
- MTD – Metallurgical Engineering Department
- PCD – Petroleum, Coal and Related Products Department
- TXD – Textile Department
- MSD – Management and Systems Department
- LITD – Electronics and Information Technology Department
- FAD – Food and Agriculture Department

InterRegs Standards
Access to the InterRegs Standards Database within ARAI campuses, providing comprehensive resources on automotive standards including European Community (EC) Directives, United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) regulations, and Global Technical Regulations (GTR). This database is used for research, compliance and development purposes.

One Nation One Subscription (ONOS)
The “One Nation One Subscription” initiative, launched by the Ministry of Education in India, aims to democratize access to high-quality educational resources of research journals, by providing a unified subscription model for institutions across the country. ARAI has benefited from this initiative, receiving access to databases. To utilize this access, ARAI engineers are required to register through the portal, ensuring secure and personalized entry to these valuable resources.

AIS Standards
The Automotive Industry Standards (AIS) are a set of technical specifications developed in India by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) aimed at ensuring quality, safety and uniformity in automotive components and vehicles.
