The theme for International Women’s Day 2026, #GiveToGain, highlights the power of reciprocity, collaboration, and collective support. When individuals, communities, and organisations uplift one another, we build a stronger and more successful ecosystem.

At ARAI, we celebrated this special day with all our women employees, across all roles and designations from Kothrud, HTC, and FID facilities and honoured their valuable contributions to the organisation.

The celebration featured an inspiring storytelling session by our Chief Guest, Ms. Manik Damle, Entrepreneur, Speaker, and Director at Element 78 Limited.

A key takeaway from her session was a powerful reminder: every woman carries a divine strength within her—one that must be recognised, nurtured, and empowered.
