As a national institute, ARAI has been conducting and supporting various conferences and seminars that provide a knowledge-sharing and networking platform where eminent experts from industry, academia, and research institutes deliver keynotes and technical papers on trends and recent advances in various automotive engineering and technology areas. Out of these, the Symposium on International Automotive Technology (SIAT) is a benchmark event organised by ARAI biennially. SIAT serves as an important forum for the exchange of ideas and brainstorming. Over the years, SIAT has grown in stature and is now considered a prestigious automotive event in the global automotive fraternity.
Other recent conferences and seminars include Asian Automotive Research Institute Summit, International Transportation Electrification Conference India (ITEC India), International Conference on Automotive Materials & Manufacturing (AM&M), AdMeT International Conference of Metrology Society, Automotive Lighting-Technology & Regulation, etc. ARAI associates with various organisations to organise such conferences and seminars to synergise and leverage mutual strengths, like SAE, NATRiP, JARI, IEEE and more.
