1-Day Seminar on “Automotive Tyre: Technology, Regulation and Testing”

This program aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of current and emerging trends in automotive tyre technology, including Smart/Intelligent Tyres, tyre design, development, and selection from
an OEM perspective. Participants will gain insights into the role of tyres in vehicle efficiency through Bharat VECTO, understand tyre testing, certification, standards, and regulatory requirements, and learn the methodologies used for track-based performance evaluation. The program will also introduce the fundamentals of tyre modelling and simulation, enabling participants to appreciate how virtual development tools support tyre and vehicle performance optimization. Overall, the program will enhance participants’ knowledge of the complete tyre development ecosystem, from design and validation to compliance and advanced engineering applications.
