Chassis Dynamometers
The DC machine and A.C. machine Chassis Dynamometers are used for complete road simulation, measurement of vehicle emission, constant speed fuel consumption, and vehicle performance. These dynamometers are suitable to test vehicles as per the Indian, EEC and EPA Emission Regulations.

Constant Volume Sampler and Dilution Tunnel
The Constant Volume Sampler (CVS) and Dilution Tunnels are suitable for emission measurement of 2 wheelers, 3 wheelers, and 4 wheeler passenger cars, and light commercial vehicles as per the Indian, EEC and EPA Emission Regulations. These tunnels are especially used to measure particulate in diesel vehicles.

Exhaust Gas Analyzer for dilute emissions
The world class analyzers are used to measure different constituents of the automotive exhaust gases, such as hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxides of nitrogen from diesel, gasoline, LPG and CNG vehicles. Non-methane hydrocarbons from CNG vehicles can also be measured. The latest generation analyzer is based on dirty/ clean line concept for distinguishing between clean and dirty engines during emission measurement.

Secondary dilution tunnel / particulate sampling system
During the measurement of particulate matters for HCV applications, the secondary dilution tunnel and the existing CVS with an 18" diameter dilution tunnel is used to keep the temperature of diluted gas below 52.7ºC.
