All the test equipment in engine test cell are interfaced to a central computer to provide an integrated test solution with error free operation and automatic report generation.
Two engine test cells capable of performance and durability evaluation on engines running on different fuel types are equipped with 20hp, 200hp and 300hp eddy current dynamometers. Both the test cells are also equipped with latest supporting instruments like Fuel consumption meter, Throttle motor, Exhaust back pr. Contr., Coolant conditioning unit, Conditioned Air Handling Unit, CNG meter, particulate sampler (AVL SPC 472 ) RAW analyser system, Air flow meter, Metler Balance, 439 smokemeter, 437 smokemeter
